Features:

1.Both line and cross wires are fed from coil wires, two-way straightening, and there are storage materials and automatic detection devices to detect the shortage of materials or material failure to ensure the quality of mesh welding.

2.The water-cooled transformer is used, and a water flow monitoring device is provided to ensure the normal operation of the welder and prolong the service life of the transformer.

3.The use of high conductivity, high hardness electrode material chromium zirconium copper, reduce electrode wear and extend electrode life.

4.The electrode structure is compact, and it can realize 25mm small mesh welding, and the welding speed can reach 80 times (row) / minute.

5.The servo motor reciprocates and pulls the net, and the position of the pulling net is accurate, ensuring the grid precision and the mesh size, and ensuring the continuous production of the mesh welding.

6.Set up a pressure net device to prevent equipment failure caused by mesh deformation and ensure the smooth progress of subsequent processes.
